Creating & Hosting Community Events

Join us as we discuss the key points for hosting Community Events in your Service Community. This experience will support and integrate the gsLearn Training. We will be reviewing key positions on a team, the difference between events, how to make sure you are compliant with all safety and insurance guidelines, and how to make sure it is a girl-inspired/led event!

Marlette Toole

is the Operations Lead and Event Team Coordinator for Harbour City Community. This is her second year as Event Team Coordinator, and she is looking forward to continuing to bring event opportunities to Girl Scouts in Brevard County. As a child, she was a Girl Scout in Citrus Council for eleven years and earned her Silver Award. As an adult, she is grateful for the opportunity to be actively involved and making memories with her daughter who is a Junior and all of her sister scouts.
