Leading Your Troop to Mental Wellness

Young people are facing a mental health crisis. They are more likely than ever before to suffer from depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. GSUSA created the Mental Wellness Patch Programs to help girls learn to practice mental wellness just like they are encouraged to practice physical wellness. We will walk leaders through how to implement this patch program successfully with their troops and review the fun activities that are included.
