is a seasoned, engaging trainer, facilitator, and coach with 28 years of experience in leading programs and multi-day training, both in-person and virtually. Marcy has led 2 non-profits and coached over 350 different organizations during her career, helping them implement a culture of philanthropy. Through her experience of working with more than 1,200 leaders, Marcy recognized the opportunity that exists for growth and development of professionals at all levels of organizations to effectively manage relationships and thrive in the workplace. Marcy supports and coaches’ individuals to choose the behaviors that align with what their goals and the life they want to live.
