Arianna Theofan
is a Florida native from northern Florida. When she was in high school, she moved to Prague, Czech Republic, where she graduated secondary school before moving back to Florida for University. She has a Bachelor of Science in English from Florida State University and a Master of Science of Organizational Leadership in Project Management, and a certificate in Strategic Planning and Innovation from University of Denver.
Now an Orlando resident, Arianna worked for the Walt Disney Company for six years and had the privilege of serving on projects like opening Pandora the World of Avatar, opening the shop “Disney Corner”, and the reopening of World of Disney.
Arianna was also a part of the team charged with reopening Disney Springs after being closed for COVID-19. Now, Arianna works for TOPdesk, two years as a consultant and now leads the Business Development Team for the United States.
Outside of work, Arianna served as the first Chair of Heart of Florida United Way Emerging Leaders and is an Orlando Ballet Ambassador. In her spare time, she loves to travel, kayak, and is always looking for the next adventure.
Witz Romero
is a lifetime member and currently serves as Chief of Staff and Governance Liaison at Citrus Council. Her and her family immigrated from Mexico to the US in 2002, moving to South Carolina where her parents raised, she, her sister, and brother.
In 2013, Witz began college as a First-Generation Fellow at Queens University of Charlotte in North Carolina, graduating in 2017 with a dual bachelor’s degree in communications and Spanish. During that time, she became a member of Kappa Delta Sorority in college and has continued as an alumna. Witz rounded out her collegiate career with study abroad in Madrid; further broadening her horizons and honing her skills.
Witz began her career with Girl Scouts in 2016 with an internship leading the Latina Initiative for the Council headquartered in Charlotte, NC. In 2017, she proudly accepted a role on the Membership Team at Citrus Council, headquartered in Orlando, quickly advancing to the position she now holds as Chief of Staff and Governance Liaison. Witz is now starting a family of her own with her fiancée, two dogs (Charlie and Brady) and daughter Amilia. Now more than ever she believes that giving back to the community is one of the most critical gifts we can offer to ourselves and others. As a first-generation American, Witz, has experienced the opportunities and challenges therein, and is passionate about the positive impact that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community can offer to improving quality of life for her community and society as a whole.
